My Licenses (the Home screen) lists the software licenses tied to your
account — their status, product, machine, and key dates. Use it to review what is
licensed and to pull down the Worx plugins installer.
Toolbar
| Download Worx Plugins | Download the Worx plugins installer package. |
| Clear All Grid Filters | Remove any column filters currently applied to the grid. |
| Refresh Grid | Reload the licenses from the server. |
Columns
| Status | Whether the license is active, expired, or nearing expiration. |
| Company / Email | The company and contact the license belongs to. |
| Expiration Date | When the license expires. |
| Serial | The license serial number. |
| Product | The licensed product (and network seat counts, when applicable). |
| Install / Removal Date | When the license was activated on, and released from, a machine. |
| Machine Id | The machine the license is bound to. |
Getting Around
| Left Navigation |
The menu on the left switches screens: My Licenses (Home), Dashboard, Evaluations,
Customers, Users, Orders, Products, Versions, Socketworx, Downloads, and Logs. |
| Top Bar |
The ECE logo returns to Home. On the right, the Light/Dark switch toggles the theme
and the user menu holds Change Password and Logout. |
| Footer |
"Help for this screen" opens this window for whatever screen you are on. The Help Desk
button opens the ECE support ticket page in a new tab, and Setup opens two-factor
authentication settings. |
